Give your muscles a gift! Besides feeling great, a massage is one sure way to relieve stress and tension from your body.

Take time out

Time outs arent just for athletes or unruly kids. All of us have to take time out and look at the big picture so we can clear our heads and gain new perspective. Call it time out, me time, or whatever you want- just make some "me time" and give yourself a break once in a while.

What do you get when you cross candlelight, a warm soak in the tub, good soothing music and a little wine? RELAXATION!!! next time you are in the grip of stress, use this time tested stress buster.

Walk it off

Studies show that regular exercise is a great way to beat anxiety and depression. For starters, try doing a 10 minute walk as part of your daily routine. Your body and mind will be thanking you for it.

there are so many outputs for stress relief. and it just has to depend on the person that wants to relieve stress. some go for outdoors while others just stay at home and do simple hobbies like model assemblies and others.

I have a large collection of movies - many classics - and geting "lost" in one of these is a great way to relieve myself of stress. I also love to surf the net for no particular reason to see where it takes me. Both these activities give me comfort.
